Terms of Use
Effective October 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Xenolith Holdings & Acquisitions LLC (“we”, “us”), the maker of Together Lists (“the app”). By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. License
The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), together with these terms. If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA controls for anything it covers.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for what happens in it.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or by emailing support@togetherlists.com.
3. Free and Premium
You can use Together Lists for free with one list of your own. Together Lists Premium adds as many lists as you like, spaces, inviting people, and the sample lists, as described in the app before you subscribe. People you invite join free and can use everything in the space or list they were invited to; lists or spaces of their own beyond one list need their own Premium.
4. Subscriptions and free trial
- Plan: Premium Monthly is $1.99 per month (US price). Together Lists is currently offered in the United States only.
- Free trial: eligible new subscribers get one month free. Apple allows one free trial per person. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged.
- Automatic renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends). Your subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- How to cancel: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Together Lists → Cancel Subscription. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restoring purchases: if you reinstall the app or get a new phone, tap You → Get Premium → Restore purchases in the app.
5. Your content
- The lists, items, photos and messages you add are yours. You give us permission to store them, show them to the people you share them with, and process them as needed to run the app.
- Only add content you have the right to share, and only share lists with people you trust; anyone in a list or space can see and change its contents.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use the app to break the law, to harass or harm others, to share content that is illegal or that you don’t have rights to, or to try to break, overload or get around the app’s security. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You can report a chat message by pressing and holding it and tapping Report message, or by emailing support@togetherlists.com. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
7. Changes and availability
We work to keep the app running and your lists safe, but the app is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or add features over time. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and let you know in the app.
8. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
