Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone:
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Together Lists.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
To avoid being charged when a free trial ends, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
I got a new phone. How do I get Premium back?
Sign in to the same Apple ID, open Together Lists, and tap You → Get Premium → Restore purchases.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose Together Lists.
What do I get free, and what needs Premium?
One list is free forever. Premium ($1.99 a month, with a one-month free trial for new subscribers) adds as many lists as you like, spaces, inviting people, and the sample lists. People you invite join free and can use everything in the space or list they were invited to.
Why does the app ask to use my camera or photos?
Only so you can attach pictures to list items. The app only sees the photos you pick. You can change this any time in Settings → Together Lists.
How do I report a message?
Press and hold the message in the list’s chat and tap Report message. Your email app opens with the message filled in, addressed to support@togetherlists.com; add anything you want us to know and send it. We look at every report and may remove content and suspend accounts that break our Terms of Use. The list’s owner can also delete any message.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Delete your account from inside the app, or email support@togetherlists.com from the address on your account. We delete your account and the lists you own, with their photos and messages, within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
